Terms of Use.

Acceptance

By using the Forbayt Technology website (the "Site") and its services, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms of use set out below. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

Parties

This document applies between:

• "Company" / "Forbayt": Forbayt Technology (Bağlarbaşı Mah., Bağdat Cad. No:370, Maltepe / Istanbul)
• "User" / "You": The natural or legal person who visits the Site or uses the services

and sets out the rights and obligations of these parties.

Services

Forbayt Technology provides technology services such as software development, web and mobile applications, integrations and technical consulting. The scope and terms of a service are set out in a separate service agreement between the parties.

Information provided on the Site is for promotional purposes and does not constitute a contractual commitment. A contract is formed by a document signed by both parties.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, design, code, software, video, animation — belongs to Forbayt Technology or its licensors. The following are prohibited:

• Copying, modifying or republishing the content
• Quoting it without citing the source
• Using it for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineering

A different regime applies to client projects: Intellectual property and usage rights are determined by the terms of the relevant service agreement.

User Obligations

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, harmful or offensive content
• Infringe the rights of others
• Threaten the security of the Site (DDoS, injection, etc.)
• Collect data without permission using automated bots
• Provide a false identity or misleading information
• Prevent other users from accessing the Site

In the event of a breach, your access to the Site may be restricted immediately and legal proceedings may be initiated.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is". No warranty is given for:

• Uninterrupted operation of the Site
• The Site being free of errors or viruses
• The security of third-party links
• The absolute accuracy of the content (it may not always be up to date)

Services provided under a contract are governed by the terms of the separate service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Forbayt Technology cannot be held liable for the following damages, direct or indirect:

• Indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages
• Loss of profit, loss of business or loss of reputation
• Loss of data (for data that has not been backed up)
• Third-party service outages
• Force majeure events

The scope and limits of liability are determined by the separate service agreement and mandatory legislation.

Changes

Forbayt Technology reserves the right to change these Terms. The current version is published on this page.

If you continue to use the Site after a change, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.

Disputes and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to any dispute relating to these Terms.

The competent courts and enforcement offices are determined in accordance with the applicable legislation.

For consumers, the right to apply under the Consumer Protection Law and to the relevant authority is reserved.
